Chloe Lester is a private Mediator and Arbitrator. She has 17 years of experience managing legal disputes. After graduating from University of Toronto she began her career with Air Canada in labour relations.

Her love for mediation began when she worked for the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. This led her to an adjudicative career as a Vice-Chair for the Licence Appeal Tribunal.  During her time at the Tribunal, she took Certificates in Dispute Resolution, Adjudication, and Advanced Decision Writing techniques with Osgoode Law School.  She has mentored numerous adjudicators on decision-writing and mediation techniques.
